Sylvania — Support
Sylvania is a calm enchanted-forest sliding-block puzzle. It runs on your device, so most questions have short answers — and anything else reaches a person directly.

Common questions
- How do I play? Drag one block left or right each turn; fill a row across all eight columns to clear it and score. The game introduces each new kind of block the first time you meet it. Keep the board below the canopy — when the top row lights up as a warning, clear space quickly.
- Where is my progress? On your phone, and only there. There is no account and no cloud sync. Your best score and coins ride along with your phone’s own backup (iCloud on iPhone, Google backup on Android); uninstalling the app removes everything.
- What are coins and power-ups for? You earn coins by clearing rows and spend them in the power-up bar under the board on Nature’s Wrath, Bramblebreak and Bloom. Power-ups unlock as you play.
- I bought coins and didn’t get them. If your version offers coin purchases and a purchase was charged but not credited, reopen the app while online — purchases are re-checked on launch. If it still hasn’t appeared, email us with the store receipt and we’ll sort it out. There is also a Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the Coin Store.
- Do I have to watch ads? No. The “watch for coins” reward and the offer to continue a finished run with a short video are both entirely optional — you only ever see an ad if you tap for one. The game is fully playable without them.
- The music or sound isn’t playing. Check the Sound effects and Music toggles in Settings, and make sure your phone isn’t in silent mode. Audio pauses when the app goes to the background and resumes when you return, unless you have turned on Continue music in background in Settings.
- Can I play offline? Yes — the whole game runs without a network connection.
Privacy
The full privacy policy lives on its own page. The short version: your scores, settings and saved game stay on your device; only your coin balance is also kept by our server, under an anonymous id.
